The hallway was chaos. Students were yelling, pushing, and running, desperate to get out. The panic spread like wildfire, and everyone just wanted to save themselves.Â
Chawoon and Ji-won joined the crowd, running out of their classroom. But as Chawoon glanced back, he froze.Â
Ayesha was still inside. She stood near her desk, pale and unmoving, as if she couldnât hear the noise around her.Â
Chawoonâs heart sank. He couldnât leave her like that. Without thinking, he turned around and ran back inside.Â
âChawoon, donât go!â Ji-won shouted, trying to grab his hand. But the crowd shoved her aside, and she lost her grip.Â
Chawoon pushed his way through the rushing students until he reached Ayesha. He grabbed her wrist tightly.Â
âAyesha, come with me!â he said. She didnât resist as he pulled her out of the classroom.Â
Outside, the chaos continued. Students flooded out of the building. A professor, alarmed by the panic, managed to stop one of them.Â
âWhatâs going on? Why is everyone running?â he asked.Â
The student stuttered, his voice shaky. âB-b-bo*b!â Then, without another word, he ran off.Â
Chawoon stopped near the college entrance , still holding Ayeshaâs wrist. He turned to her, his voice filled with worry.Â
âAyesha, are you okay? Why were you just standing there?âÂ
But Ayesha didnât reply. She looked lost, her eyes unfocused.Â
Before Chawoon could say anything else, Ji-won and another girl stormed toward them.Â
âWhatâs wrong with you?!â Ji-won shouted at Ayesha. âAre you trying to kill us all?!âÂ
The other girl didnât wait for a response. She shoved Ayesha hard, and Ayesha fell to the ground. Tears filled her eyes as she sat there, trembling, unable to look up.Â
âStop it!â Chawoon yelled, stepping in front of Ayesha to shield her. âWhatâs wrong with you two? Leave her alone!âÂ
âShe almost killed us!â the other girl yelled back.Â
Chawoon glared at her. âIf you touch her again, I wonât respect you anymore,â he said, his voice was firm but threatened way
The girl hesitated, then muttered under her breath and walked away.Â
Ji-won stayed, glaring at Chawoon. âWhatâs wrong with you, Chawoon? Sheâs a terr**ist! And youâre defending her? Just come here. I donât want you involved with someone like her.âÂ
Chawoonâs expression didnât change. His voice was calm but cold. âYou think she did this? Look at her!â He pointed to Ayesha, still sitting on the ground with tears in her eyes.Â
Chawoon exhaled softly. âYou know me, Ji-won. You should trust me.â
As soon as he said he turned toward Ayesha, lowered himself to sit right in front of her, his voice gentle.
âAyesha⌠you donât have to cry you haven't done this, okay? Andââ
Ayesha lifted her gaze. Her eyes were trembling, full of tears, her thoughts spinning so loudly she couldnât breathe properly.
âImâŚâ Chawoon continued, reaching a hand toward her
But before the words could form, Ji-won suddenly grabbed his wrist and pulled him back to face her.
âNo.â
She folded her arms, her expression hard.
âYou should trust me instead...
She is a ter***s!â
âI donât care what you think,â Chawoon said loudly. âI trust her. She didnât do this.âÂ
In the crowd, Min-joon stood back, smirking as he watched the argument like it was his entertainment.Â
Ji-wonâs yelled. âAre you crazy? I saw it with my own eyes! She had a bo*b in her hand!âÂ
Chawoon cut her off. âNot everything you see is true,â he said quietly. âI can see it in her eyes sheâs innocent.âÂ
Ayesha stood up and looked up at Chawoon. She stared at him in shock, unable to believe what she was hearing. He was defending her, standing up against everyone for her even his best friend Ji won Â
She couldnât speak, but one thought filled her mind: "Not all boys are the same"!
In the classroom
The classroom was tense when the professor entered. His eyes immediately landed on the bo*b lying on a desk. However, his two years of military training in Korea kicked in, and he quickly realized it wasnât real..it was a fake bo*b.
Without hesitation, he picked it up and headed straight to the principalâs office.
Meanwhile, in another part of the campus, Chawoon stood firm amidst the chaos. He ignored everyone around him and looked straight at Ayesha.
âAyesha,â he said softly, âletâs go.âÂ
Taking her hand, he led her to his car. As they drove away, he glanced at her and smiled. âDonât worry, Ayesha. Iâm with you.âÂ
From behind, Ji Wonâs voice rang out, shouting after them. âChawoon! Chawoon!â She desperately tried to stop him, but it was too late.
Just then, the professor returned to the scene, holding the fake bo*b in his hand. He addressed the crowd of students gathered there.Â
âThereâs no need to panic. The bo*b isnât real. Itâs fake.âÂ
A murmur of disbelief rippled through the students.Â
âWhat?â echoed across the group as they exchanged confused looks.Â
âHmm,â the professor said, scanning the crowd. âWho saw this bo*b first?âÂ
âI did!â the girl stepped forward. âI saw it in Ayeshaâs hand.âÂ
âAnd where is she now?â the professor asked.Â
âSheâs gone,â Ji Won replied hesitantly.Â
âGone?â professor questioned
âChawoon took her with him. We donât know where they went,â Ji Won replied.Â
The professor frowned. âCall Chawoon,â he ordered.Â
Ji Won quickly nodded and pulled out her phone.Â
And the professor looked around at the students gathered there, his expression stern.
âAnd No one will speak about this outside the college. Do you all understand?â
Everyone fell silent.
âWhoever did this..⌠whoever created this chaos⌠they will be punished strictly.âHis tone was final
In the car,
Chawoonâs phone buzzed. He glanced at the screen...it was Ji Won. With a sigh, he declined the call, unwilling to talk to her right now. Instead, he focused on Ayesha, who sat quietly beside him, her face streaked with tears.Â
He drove the car to a quiet restaurant and parked. âLetâs go inside,â he said gently.Â
Inside the restaurant
Chawoon watched as Ayesha sat silently, her tears still flowing. His heart ached for her. He wanted to hold her, to comfort her, but he held back.Â
âAyesha,â he said softly, âplease donât cry. I know youâre innocent. Tell me everything that happened, in detail.âÂ
She took a shaky breath and began. âI donât know how the bo*b got into my bag. After I talked to you earlier, I checked my bag and suddenly i saw something when I took it out it was a bo*b.â Her voice broke, and she started crying again. "What will happen now ?!"
Chawoon clenched his fists under the table, struggling to stay calm. In his mind, he thought, "I want to hug you. I want to wipe your tears. But I canât."Â
Instead, he forced a reassuring smile. âNothing will happen trust me!. No one can hurt you while Iâm here,â he said, his dimples appearing as he smiled at her.Â
Ayesha looked at him with teary eyes, her emotions conflicted.
âTell me,â Chawoon asked softly, âdo you want to eat something?âÂ
She shook her head. âNo. I just want to leave. Please take me back to the hostel.âÂ
Chawoon nodded. âOkay. But you have to wipe your tears first. Otherwise, I wonât take you.âÂ
Ayesha hesitated but wiped her tears.Â
âHmm, good,â Chawoon said with approval, his smile softening.Â
They got back into the car and drove toward the hostel.
At hostel
Ameena opened the door, her face lighting up as she saw Ayesha standing there. But before she could say a word, Ayesha threw her arms around her, holding her tightly.Â
Ameena was startled. âWhat happened, Ayesha?â she asked, her voice full of concern.Â
But Ayesha didnât answer. She just held on, trembling.Â
Moments later, Chawoon walked in. Ameena looked at him, raising her eyebrows in question, silently asking for an explanation. Chawoon sighed and began explaining everything that had happened. By the time he finished, Ameenaâs face was pale with shock.Â
âDonât cry, Ayesha,â Ameena said softly, wrapping her arms around her friend in a comforting hug. âI promise, I wonât leave the person who did this to you. Whoever it is they wonât get away with it.âÂ
Just then, the door swung open wider, and Ji Won entered with the professor. They had been searching for Ayesha, and now their search had brought them here.Â
Ayesha looked up, startled, as the professor stepped forward. His stern expression made everyone uneasy.Â
âAyesha,â he said firmly, âyou have to come with us.âÂ
Chawoon immediately stood in front of her. âBut why, sir? Sheâs innocent!âÂ
The professorâs expression didnât change. âStay out of this, Chawoon.âÂ
âYes, Chawoon,â Ji Won added coldly, âthis is only better for you .âÂ
Before things could escalate, Ameena stepped forward. âSir, Iâll come with her,â she said, her voice calm but determined.Â
The professor hesitated but nodded. âFine. Letâs go.âÂ
Chawoon moved to follow them, but Ji Won grabbed his hand, stopping him. âListen, Chawoon,â she said, her voice trembling.Â
He turned to her, surprised. âWhat is it?âÂ
âI donât understand why you trust her so much,â Ji Won said, her eyes brimming with tears. âBut I canât trust people so easily...  Please donât ignore me!â she looked at him
Chawoonâs expression softened, but there was a hint of frustration in his voice. âJi Won, I understand that trust isnât easy. But why wonât you listen to me? you didn't trust me .....why ?âÂ
Her face fell, guilt and disappointment crossing her features.Â
âIâm not angry with you,â he continued, his voice gentler now. âBut donât speak badly about Ayesha. I canât stand it.âÂ
He took a deep breath. âYouâre a good person, Ji Won. I donât want you to go down the wrong path. I hope you understand what I mean.âÂ
Ji Won stared at him, conflicted, before finally nodding. âhmmm...The bo*b was fake,â she said softly.Â
Chawoon froze, his eyes widening. âWhat?âÂ
âYes,â Ji Won repeated. âMaybe sheâs not a terr**ist .âÂ
Hearing that, Chawoon didnât wait another second. Without a word, he turned and ran toward his car, leaving Ji Won standing there alone.Â
Ji Won watched him go, a tear slipping down her cheek. She never thought he could care so much about another girl that he would leave her behind.
At JNM
The door to Kim Min Kyuâs office swung open.
Yuseok stepped inside, his face drawn with worry. âSir,â he began, âour rival B&B Mr. john's company has released the same product again⌠The one weâve been working on.â
Kim Min Kyu shot up from his chair, his hand slamming down on the table with a sharp crack.
âWhat?!â he thundered. âHow the heck does this keep happening?â
His eyes burned with frustration as he turned to face Yuseok. âThereâs a traitor in our company. Someone is leaking our plans. And you...â he pointed firmly, âyou have to find them Fast","If this keeps going, weâll be finished. Iâll be on the damn street.â
Yuseok straightened, nodding with urgency. âYes, sir. Iâll handle it. Iâll find out whoâs behind this for the company.â
Kim Min Kyuâs jaw tightened, but he gave a sharp nod âYes. I believe you !
At principals office
The atmosphere in the principalâs office was tense. Ayesha stood with trembling hands, The principal eyed her sternly, while Ameena, her best friend, stood close to ayesha
âSo, Ayesha,â the principal began, her voice sharp, âwhy do you have a fake bo*b in your hand?âÂ
âWhat fake bo*b?â Ayesha and Ameena exclaimed together, exchanging bewildered glances.Â
âYou mean to tell me you donât know itâs fake?â the principal pressed.Â
âNo, maâam! Itâs not mine! I donât know who put it in my bag,â Ayesha stammered, her voice desperate.Â
The principal sighed. âAlright, letâs assume youâre telling the truth. But then, who could have done this?âÂ
âMaybe....someone played a prank,â Ameena suggested hesitantly.Â
âHmm, perhaps. But as far as I know, my students wouldnât pull such a dangerous prank,â the principal replied. Her tone grew firmer. âHowever, whoever did this will be suspended from college. And right now, all the evidence points to you, Ayesha.âÂ
âWhy me, maâam?â Ayesha asked, her eyes brimming with tears.Â
âBecause the witness saw you. And you didnât run when it was discovered. That suggests you knew it wasnât real, didnât you?âÂ
âNo, maâam! I was in shock. I wasnât in my senses!â Ayesha pleaded, her voice cracking. âPlease trust me. I didnât do this!âÂ
At that moment, Chawoon, a student known for his confident demeanor, appeared at the office door. The security guard barred his way, but he declared, âMy brother is a trustee of this college and a good friend of principal ,â forcing the guard to relent.Â
He entered the room, slightly out of breath. âMaâam, Ayesha hasnât done this. I know her!âÂ
The principal raised an eyebrow. âOh, Chawoon, why are you here?âÂ
âBecause I believe sheâs innocent,â he said, still catching his breath.Â
âIf sheâs innocent, then why did she run from the college?â the principal questioned.Â
âI was the one who took her away,â Chawoon admitted.Â
The principal narrowed her eyes. âIs she your friend?âÂ
Chawoon hesitated and looked at Ayesha. âNo,â he repliedÂ
âThen is she your girlfriend?â the principal asked with up eyebrows, but before she could finish her sentence, Ayesha interjected loudly, âNo..! Maâam !âÂ
Chawoon shook his head. âSheâs just my classmate. I may not know her very well, but I know enough to trust her .âÂ
The principal crossed her arms and leaned back in her chair. âFine. Hereâs the deal. If you can prove her innocence within three days, she can rejoin the college. If not, she will be sent back to India.âÂ
Ayesha gasped. âBack to India? But my dreams ...i....âÂ
The principal cut her off. âThatâs final. Until then, Ayesha, you are confined to the hostel. You are not allowed to leave, and Also, weâll need to search your room.âÂ
Ameena spoke up, her voice firm. Okay!, maâam, You can search it.âÂ
The principal dismissed them with a wave. âYou may all go now.âÂ
Outside the office, Ayeshaâs shoulders slumped in despair. âI donât know how heâll prove my innocence. If he fails, Iâll be sent back to India, and my dreams will be over.âÂ
Ameena placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. âTrust him. Iâll help him too. Donât worry, Ayesha. Weâll figure this out.âÂ
Ayesha wiped her tears. âWhy does it happen to me?âÂ
Ameena tilted her head. âAyesha, I canât believe youâre saying this. Donât you remember what you told me once? Allah tests those He loves.âÂ
Ayeshaâs eyes lit up slightly. âYes, thatâs true. Itâs an honor for me, then.â She hugged Ameena tightly, feeling a glimmer of hope.Â
Chawoon had been listening nearby. He was struck by Ayeshaâs unwavering faith.Â
Before leaving, he approached her. âAyesha, take care of yourself. Donât cry anymore. Iâll prove your innocence, no matter what.âÂ
Ayesha managed a small smile. âThank you, Chawoon. I donât have the words to express my gratitude.âÂ
He smiled back. âItâs my pleasure.âÂ
